How much does UK delivery cost?
Standard UK delivery is £2.90 for orders under £30 - orders over £30 are delivered for free. Standard delivery is provided by Hermes and should arrive with you within 2 days of dispatch. You'll be able to track your order on its journey.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes - depending on your location and the weight of your order, your shipping rate will be calculated automatically at checkout. Your order may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes - these vary between countries, and are the buyer's responsibility. International parcels are sent using Royal Mail International services.
Room & linen sprays do not ship outside of the UK due to postal regulations.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. Once dispatched, our courier aims to deliver within 2 working days in the UK. International delivery can take from 3-14 working days depending on the service chosen and your location.
How will my order be packaged?
We use corrugated cardboard and shred to protect fragile items, and always use paper tape to seal our mailboxes. All of our shipping materials can be recycled kerbside in the UK and are plastic free.
My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived after 14 working days (28 working days for international orders), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. We will do our best to track it down for you!
Can I cancel my order?
We start packing your order as soon as it's placed, so we cannot guarantee cancellations or amendments to your order.
Can I get a refund?
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you can send it back to us within 14 days for a full refund. Items must be in the exact condition they were received. Buyers are responsible for return postage - please note this refund policy applies to buyers in the European Union only.
My items were damaged, what should I do?
Send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and details of the damage - photographs of the damage will help us to resolve issues quickly and help us to learn what went wrong. Refunds and replacements will be provided at our discretion.
