We use soy wax to make all of our candles.
The soy beans used to make our wax are grown and processed in Europe. Our soy wax is non-GMO, renewable and biodegradable.
We use blends of both naturally derived essential oils and fragrance oils to create our scents.
Fragrance oils are man-made, but are completely safe, providing unbeatable scent throw and complex aromas. Our fragrances are carefully selected and thoroughly tested, to ensure they are of the highest quality possible.
All of our fragrances are phthalate free, free from animal derivatives and cruelty free.
Allow the wax to melt to the edge of the container, every single time you burn your candle. Extinguishing your candle too early will result in tunnelling of the wax, which means most of your candle will be wasted.
Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Burn on a heatproof and stable surface.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Trim your wick to ~5mm before relighting, to prevent mushrooming or smoking. Remove any debris from the surface.
Cease burning when <1cm of wax remains. Clean out your container, then reuse or recycle.
We don't currently offer our products for wholesale, or sell on other marketplaces.
Delivery & Returns
We currently only ship our products within Great Britain. We regret that we cannot ship our products to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the EU at this time.

All orders are dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard.
We dispatch parcels every weekday - we aim to dispatch your parcel within 2 working days.
Parcels are usually delivered within 2-5 working days after dispatch, but may take up to 7 working days during busy periods. Royal Mail should contact you with an exact time and date for your delivery, either by SMS or email.
We start preparing your order as soon as it's placed, so we cannot guarantee cancellations or amendments to your order.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be in the exact condition they were received - we unfortunately cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit or burnt. Buyers are responsible for return postage.
Please do not return your parcel without first notifying us of your issue via email, at email@example.com.
We always package your items with the greatest care, but sometimes breakages do occur. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details of the damage - photographs of the damage will help us to resolve issues quickly and help us to learn what went wrong. Refunds and replacements will be provided at our discretion.
